Why Choose Playful Healing Center?
Playful Healing Center (PHC) was founded in 2008 to offer our children and families
state-of-the-art therapeutic services. Playful Healing Center’s mission is to strengthen
and empower individuals with the most effective therapeutic approaches. We have
developed high-quality mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and
families. Although we specialize in pediatric psychotherapy in issues of attachment,
trauma, behavioral and emotional issues, we also offer services to individuals and
families with trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders.
The frequently treated disorders for children and adolescents in PHC are:

evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dyadic
Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
(EMDR), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Play Therapy, and Theraplay.

To alleviate the issues of adult individuals, Playful Healing Center offers integrative
approaches: Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Eye Movement
Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Couple’s Therapy, Psychodynamic
Approach, and Couple/Family Therapy.
Fee for services
We accept Aetna PPO, BCBS PPO, Lyra Behavioral Health, and United Health PPO. For cash payment,
we charge $180-$210 per hour. Office hours are available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends by
appointment.
